The Wellbeing Programme aims to improve people’s health and happiness and support recovery through weekly outdoor activities in the natural world.
Why not come along to our relaxing Mindful Mums group – a six-week course which will give you strategies for dealing with the demands of being a working mum.
A mentoring project connecting older ladies with young mums who have mental health and/or family breakdown issues.
Are you a new mum? Whether your baby is 1 week, 1 month or 1 year, or if it’s your first or your third baby, motherhood can be completely overwhelming. Our New Life & Me group could be just what you need to help you. It offers an opportunity to meet like minded mums in your local area, where you can make friends and learn strategies to help you cope with anxiety and depression and make life a bit easier for you.
As of 1st July we are all opening our counselling service again, offering face to face, online and telephone counselling.
We have worked with local foodbanks and other retail outlets to get together a supply of women and baby essentials to give to those in need. These include, nappies, wipes, Maternity pads, creams etc.
