Chatter Chairs

Chatter Chairs is a new chair-based exercise project coming to Vicars Cross (starts Thurs 6th Sept) and Hoole (Fri 7th Sept).This is a fantastic way to bring people together in the community, by reducing social isolation and improving the health and well being of local residents.

Over 50's Theatre Group

Come and join the Little Actors Theatre Company for some creative camaraderie at their friendly new theatre group. No acting experience necessary. There’s also a range of behind-the-scenes roles for people who’d prefer to stay out of the spotlight.

Friday Friends

Weekly social group. The group meet every Friday 10am – 12pm at the Young Persons Centre in Malpas. They are a friendly and welcoming social group and always want to see new members. The cost for attending the group is just £3 per session.

We are a Brightlife funded non-profit organisation that has recognised the value that the over 50s have in our society. There are too many over 50s that can go from one week to the next without seeing a friendly face and even fewer who do not get out of the home to socialise.

The project locates and engages with individuals who are socially isolated and make no (or limited) use of digital technology.

New Horizons

Providing individualised support to people aged 50+ living in and around Frodsham through one-to-one volunteer buddies for anyone who’d like to get out and join local activities, indulge in old hobbies or even try new ones …but who may need a bit of help and encouragement for their first couple of visits.
