The project locates and engages with individuals who are socially isolated and make no (or limited) use of digital technology. Also working with local colleges and Higher Education Institutes on an inter-generational approach, the project uses IT as a means to build and maintain relationships through non-prescriptive, jargon-free, user-led training whilst also providing impartial advice on digital purchases.
