Well it’s Good Friday and all of us at YouinMind.org hope you are having an enjoyable Easter weekend.
It’s been a busy week for us here and while we continue to add new services on a weekly basis, we are still striving to fill in gaps within our services.
This week we’ve added two new services from Space 4 Autism in Macclesfield, including Open Space which offers people with autism the chance to relax and speak with ASC professionals, and Launch 3.30 which is an afterschool group for young autistic people.
In Crewe we’ve also got some fantastic services run by newly listed provider What’s Happening on North Street that are focused at wellbeing and positive mental health – these include a monthly Film Night, a non-combative and non-competitive Tai Chi for Health, and a Friendship Group to inspire you to meet new people.
Neston has a great community group focused at women with depression, stress and anxiety called All About Women that meets every Thursday. And Knutsford Grow is a volunteer gardening scheme to improve mental health.
Lastly, Greenbank Company of Archers run an archery club with sessions tailored for those with autism needs.
As we mentioned before, there are still many gaps in our services we would like to fill. We would be particularly interested in hearing about any services for PTSD or bipolar in Cheshire.
If you can help us with these particular services, or any new service in fact, please reach out to us and we’ll get you added to the site!
Happy Easter everyone!
